Too many women in perimenopause feel alone, unheard, and left wondering if something is wrong with them.
If you’ve been told “this is just aging” or left with no real answers, you know how frustrating and isolating this season can feel.
I get it—because I’m right here in it with you.
I’m Aubree Guiffre: a mom of three teenagers, a wife, and a working professional—also navigating the very real challenges of perimenopause.
Like you, I’ve had confusing conversations with doctors, spent hours venting with friends, and walked away from appointments without the clarity or support I hoped for.
Instead of settling for that, I leaned into what I do best: researching, learning, and problem-solving. I became a Certified Menopause Coach through Girls Gone Strong, added training as a Certified Mindfulness Teacher and Yoga Instructor, and now bring all of this together to support women through this transition.
I aim to provide both understanding and support, while gently encouraging you to explore what you’d like to shift in your life.
My goal is to equip you with clear, practical information and effective tools—so you can feel more like yourself again, reconnect with what matters most, and get back to living a life you recognize and love.
